Indulged in some carbs via pizza on Superbowl Sunday. I tried to watch the game but it got boring and I just turned it off. Heard the half time show wasn't too great either. I'm not super invested in either, but congrats to all of my buddies in New England (and abroad!) that were cheering for the Patriots.

Weight's slowly going down still, so that's good progress. I'm going to stay focused and stay on track as best as I can until I hit the weight I used to be at when I was at peak condition. Don't know if I want to go lower than that yet, but it's my current goal and going to have to march steadily towards it.

My goal for February is to avoid too many days going over on carbs. Kinda hard for an office with staff that love to bake stuff and eat chocolate, but gonna try my best!
