I drove 1 1/2 hours to a birthday brunch, chose omelette with veggies which were zucchini and artichoke, drank coffee and water. no cake, no wine, not tempted. I think that's a win. We'll see . Drove another 1 1/2 hours back, feeling tired and lightheaded. Still went to the pool to complete my daily aquafit exercises. Good on me!
