What a day this has been. We went from frigid to summer in a very short time. It was good to get outside with just a light jacket and I enjoyed my walks with my little dog. The best news is that I stayed on plan and I feel really good about it. I have stuffed celery for tomorrow and deviled eggs. I didn't buy a lot of chips, just some Fritos for my guests to eat with the chili I made for them. I had a non scale victory at dinner tonight. My husband brought home some fresh brown eggs so we had breakfast instead of dinner. I didn't make myself any hash browns, I opted for 1/2 cup of cottage cheese instead and no toast. I love it when a plan goes together!
