Started the day fatigued and in severe pain. Occupational Therapist helped with my shoes and left foot pain diminished. Chiropractor adjusted neck and back resulting in much less pain. 30 minutes pool exercises. Attended my Metabolism Restoration group and understand much more about fats and carbs in the diet.
