I saw some movement on the scale this morning in a positive direction. I didn't record it because my official weigh-in day is Monday afternoon. the cold spell has broke and now we are in a warming trend. I have found out that a good cold weather meal is to warm up a bottle of low carb vanilla Slimfast(advanced Nutrition) in the microwave for about 1.45 minutes. Then put 2 or 3 tablespoons of ground flax seed in a large mug and add the heated Slimfast and stir it up real good. It thickens like cream of wheat and makes a very good morning breakfast with hardly any extra carbs. I added a little extra sweetner, but the Slimfast is already sweet, so it isn't really necessary. Last night I bought some low carb snacks for Super Bowl Sunday. I do not want to spoil what I have accomplished so I am planning hard.
