Day 19: Well, I went off course yesterday. I didn't steer clear of my triggers; namely, late meal, snacking while fixing dinner, too much time in the kitchen, not enough water, and partaking in Cheez-its. Processed food is engineered to taste amazing and to keep you eating, not to mention the Cheez-its are akin to a Turkish Delight in Narnia, fake food that my body sees as easy energy.

"There ain't no easy way out" (By Robert Tepper, Rocky IV anyone?).

New day. Get it together KJ. Goal is to lose 5 lbs in the month of January!
80.4 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 12.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
