The back is getting leaner. Weight still holding steady. No real movement this week but the mirror is showing progress.

Hey, Keith. I was watching some crossfits games on youtube. I noticed the elite of the elite in fitness were all my size if not bigger and I remember you saying that size would be bad for fitness. Funny that.

Their is 100 types of fit mate. They are good at what they do but I dare say I would trump 99% of them with a weighted pack on a 6 day hike. Bigger is counter productive doing what I want to do.

I have put on 1.2 kg of lean muscle in 4 weeks on a 1900 cal average a day diet with a minimum 6 F45 classes a week and a lofty hike. It will have to taper out soon but I'm not real happy. I want to firm up without getting bigger.

Yeah, but you mentioned wanting to get into crossfit and you also took the time out to say my size is a hindrance to being fit. So yeah.

I wouldn't mind giving Crossfit a shot still, and your size would hinder me personally. Everyone has their own goals, you want to be big. Nothing wrong with that mate. The girls here seem to like it 😁 go hard! I want to climb Everest muscles have little to do with climbing.

I think it's your diet but I will not get a word in hahahaha. Personally I'd give up the pizzas and mini fries and thickshakes but what do I know?????
