Day 12: A 1.3# ⤵...yes! Additionally my bodyfat went ⬇ to 38% and I was 44% body water. So well hydrated and bodyfat is coming down (goal is to get back to 25% BF by August). Good numbers all the way around.

Aside from numbers though, I had a kick-ass hike 🚶‍♀️ this morning. Total mileage was 7.8 - at least 3 miles of that hike was uphill! I had a great glute, quad, hamstring, and calf workout all in the fresh air.

Somewhat drizzly 🌦 on the hike, but a 🌈 brightened my day 🌞.
79.7 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 11.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
