either my body is dying or I am rocking the weight loss. feels great to move around with no pain. can even tie shoes without heavy breathing.

118.1 kg Lost so far: 27.0 kg. Still to go: 9.3 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I remember being able to tie my shoes with the bow in the middle(instead of the inner edge) of the shoe for the first time in years. Cool aiint' it?
