Wishing everyone a Happy New Year in advance!!!
As I wind down 2018 and reflect, I must say I am happy for all those involved in my life.
I am working though some health challenges that have kept me from running for 4 months but I still get on the scale every few days to make sure I am not eating too much.
In time, I will heal. I never give up working on getting to a healthier weight with less body fat on me.
I am in full control of not what happens to me, rather how I respond to it.
I control every thought, I control every bite.
I got this!
