Another gift from my snowboarding trip: a cold. LOL. Epic fail.
Been sick all week, drinking a lot of lemon tea with honey, oregano oil and medication (thank you Neo Citran). Still dealing with congestion and some coughing.
Appetite for food's pretty much flown out the window and it's only just creeping back. No energy or breathing capacity for exercising beyond doing my mobility and rehab exercises for my back, hips and shoulders, so that's a bit of a crapshoot too.
Not the most fun way to close out 2018. :/
BUT. I'm on the mend, I am going to be working from home on Monday so I'll be snuggled down with my laptop and my cat in my PJs all Monday. I call that a win.
