still not mastered the 4 oclock untill 8 dip...
which means i can diet like the best of anyone for 20 hours a day, and ruin all within a timespan of 4 hours ;(

working on a sollution on that!

sports is going fantastic, i stopped writing dow the daily small activities so my avarage is not changed, but in reality i work out a lot more. ofcaurse i use a little less energy each day by not transporting the fat around.

so for every kilo i loose i have to work out more in order te use a much energy (pff, you do the math)
