I'm on here late - another very busy day at work.
One good thing about being busy is that for the last 4 days my calories have averaged under 1200. This is very unusual for me. I'll probably rebound and eat everything in sight tomorrow, but for today I am thankful for this temporary loss of appetite.
Got to get off here - I left a big mess in the kitchen that doesn't seem to be cleaning itself.
