clothes fit different.i bought a shirt that was too small a couple months ago.tried it on yesterday and it fits!dont feel comfortable wearing it in public yet.i usuall wear my shirts baggy and long to cover both bellies well.i can tell my curves are changing and the double chin is smaller.

been taking green coffee bean extract for a little over a week i think.i only take one pill after each meal.it works for me.

my body feels smaller than it looks in the mirror.got tired of recording food & exercise.hopefully that doesnt mess me up.

still dont have my minivan back.cop hasnt called me back.apparently still waiting on the podunk township crime investigaters to check out my van.very upsetting.

have a great tuesday

Great that you are noticing these differences already. Keep up the good work and you will notice subtle things all the time. I am not good at recording food and exercise either although it did keep me in line with my calories when I started because sometimes you can say you didn't eat anything and then when you think about it you really did. That's how it helped me. With that little of this and little of that. The little stuff that I was thinking was nothing was lots of calories. lol Hope you get your van back soon.

Congrats on the clothes fitting - that means more than a scale reading any day of the week. Hey - maybe your van will be featured on next week's episode of CSI!

Thought I'd pop over here on your journal and respond to your comment on my journal, and the comment is this "You're ON....race ya to the 150's!!!" Ready, Set, GOOOOOOOO.... :-)
