I got my resistance bands back out of hiding.worked out with them before breakfast.then my machine after breakfast.my buddy connie and i have a friendly race to the 150s.might be just the insentive i need.root for both of us!

Friendly races are great incentive - best of luck. I have never owned resistance band - maybe it is time to change that!
