north texas a local off trail was very muddy! took me over 2 hours to go 3 miles. very precarious and pretty technical too. i'm exhausted and was too tired to eat much of the salad. boxed it up and took home for tomorrow!

Rubato, you are reading my mind. I could so go for some good sushi. This past week I have been on a kimchi kick, having some every day. I have been sick, and I think the good bugs in kimchi are helping me to kick thing. I actually feel human this morning!
