I am experiencing muscle spasms in my legs, feet and hands. Is it a side effect of Keto? Some vitamin or mineral lack. Something else? Bonnie

Yeah. You need some electrolyes. Probably magnisium. But I also do potassium and calcium. It is good to get a good multi and take it every day. But if you have a lot of spasm start of with extra magnesium as well

Oh and make sure that you have plenty of salt with your meals. do not skimp on salt. It is good when we keto

Sodium: 5 to 7 grams of unrefined salt per day Potassium: 3,500 mg per day Magnesium: For men: ~400 mg per day For women: ~310 mg per day

Thank you all for the help....I already take a good multi vitamin. I will add the magnesium and salt
