Please help me. I have fallen off the food truck and can’t stop myself. I had worked so hard with weight watchers for over a year I was down at one point to 127 and now I am up to 140... I need tips on how to resist the junk food and how to NOT be a stress eater. Also I have to do this journey alone again. My husband and kids don’t want to eat good of exercise.

That exactly happened to me! And I also have a husband that doesn't want to eat healthy and exercise...... I decided that I need to get a grip be determined and do it for me ! Also when I regained the weight I wasn't coming on here alot ! Now I make this healthy lifestyle a priority! You can do it .....:+)

I do well when I set goals for myself. Not necessarily a number of pounds to lose. But workout goals - like doing a running trail race or trying a new sport I have never done before. I am also stubborn so if I see others not being helpful it can make me go into overdrive to prove something to myself that others can’t do. What I am saying in a long winded way is find what motivates or drives you ! Once you have that you can apply it to anything and succeed.
