Sharon cauliflower, butternut squash, and spaghetti squash are a must in the Keto lifestyle way of eating. They are great starch alternatives. And radishes are good too.

Sharon, no recipe really. I just steamed some chopped cauliflower and some butternut squash chunks. When they’re slightly soft, I seasoned with salt pepper garlic powder. I added a little heavy cream butter and Parmesan cheese. Blended it all together in my ninja. Then I poured it in a baking casserole, sprinkled a little more Parmesan cheese and broiled it for about 10 mins. Just to get crunchy on top. Sorry no actual measurements.

I love butternut squash. Sucks that it has pretty low fiber content for the natural sugar it has.

Cody, it’s def an on occasion veggie. I miss sweet potato and this curbs that craving for it.
