Ice should melt today, and semi-warmth should return to the land. Tonight's forecast is above freezing, and above freezing temperatures continue through the next seven days. Now, I can quit wasting water and shut my cabinets until the next cold snap.

Yesterday, I ate and ate, but didn't really get a lot of calories. I posted an extra Vanilla Latte, but didn't drink it. Today, I'll go for the fat fast. The pain from Sunday has not returned, and I have not had to resort to the pain killers.

What do you do for your fat fast?

Usually, I drink a lot of coffee with butter in it. Late in the day, I drink my version of Vanilla Latte. It has the same ingredients as the coffee, but with peppermint tea and vanilla.
