Change! Yeah I did it.

This morning I woke up thinking “Hey, I know Saturday is my eat out day, so why not start by having breakfast” - I been doing intermittent fasting for 3 months fairly religiously never eating before 1 pm, and have lost 20 pounds. I checked my blood pressure after I woke up and it was totally normal and It made me think I got here by sticking with my plan - low sugar, eating less than 2,000 calories and intermittent fasting - decided I wasn’t going to give up now and just start eating like I did before. That’s the change I wanted- I am not running to food to make me feel better. Following the plan will make me feel better- so yeah, “I have finally changed my mindset!”
