I’m not even logging my weight...a few pounds since my body doesn’t want to let go (it’s def NOT having a Frozen moment)...
I was worried that miralax would some how bump me out of ketosis because of how much fiber is in there (I read about 15). I’m sure I’m just being paranoid.
I have been reading more about Keto and long term use as now I’ve been partaking for close to 6 months.
Been losing weight but not without difficulty it seems.

Miramax is a kind of glycol. I would worry a bit about it. If you are constipated you could try some other things. I find that those miracle noodles usually make things go faster for me. And also I take Magnesium and Vit C every day

lots of butter does it for me too. going too low on calories with keto can cause a stall. I learned the hard way. you are under a lot of stress and that can mess with your hormones too. Eat within your woa, but don't stress about calories to much. make sure your fat percentage is up and your carbs low. when I eat too much protein and not enough fat I gain even at lower calories. higher calories and higher fat I do fine.

You are doing such a great job and you have a lot you are dealing with - be very proud of yourself! As adef said lots of people wish they had your results - and I am one of them!

Thanks guys! Yes it seems like I’m my own worst enemy. Most all of the time. I worry and then yes I agree the stress I’m sure has an adverse effect. I need to stop being so reactive to my lack of #2 and try to figure out a solution with diet. I told myself I would try miralax for a few days and see if that helps but I’ve been so worried it will kick me out of ketosis.
