Oh I love egg noodles too! This is 2oz noodles, about 1/2 cup brown gravy (added before I realized it was my plate so didn’t measure, but it’s about what I normally use) and ground elk meat. Keith you can’t see the veggies sry! The elk ate them before we butchered him!

Haha Chris. Tyty Becca. Sry Keith. Not a veggie person but I do try to add them more. When I cut back to 1200-1400 again I’ll add in more veggies, take out some carbs and limit protein bars/shakes when I can. Would it help out your mind at ease to kneonim drinking fruit right now? Watermelon water now with kiwi strawberry propel up next! 🤣🤪🤣🤪

Veggies are ultra important. So many vitamins and minerals your body needs. You should have 3 different coloured veggies on your plate every meal👍

Don't stress how they taste and just eat em👍 Food does not have to taste good just be good!!

We will have to agree to disagree. Food MUST be palatable at the very least. If I even stick a mushroom in my mouth I WILL gag and possibly be sick lol. Ever had those rice cakes? Only good thing about them is they are so dry that I drink a bottle of water just to rehydrate my mouth 🤪. I also take vitamin supplements now. Vitamin D is the only one I have issues with no matter what I eat. At 3,000-5,000 IUD I can keep it at the normal range but oncologist wants it double that. Now that’s a challenge! So I take the vitamin D and stand in the sun hoping to absorb some. It raised the most right after I had been trying to tan my legs haha. Bright white! Was in the sun a lot with legs covered and made no difference. Put on shorts and it comes up several points lol.

I'm lucky I guess in that I have no issue eating something that I genuinely being like... Or even dislike. Taste goes away real quick, benefits from eating it stay a lifetime
