Been feeling down - been doing OMAD last 4 days as I haven’t even felt like eating - ensuring my sugar intake is less than 25 grams a day and trying to balance my intake of carbs, protein, and fat. Have stayed strong in avoiding foods I used to run to when feeling down. If you happen to be reading my post I just wanted to say thank you to you and everyone else on FatSecret who has helped me stay on track and keep me motivated on my journey- You are the best and I wish you nothing but success on your own journeys- whether your young or young at heart- whether your on Keto, counting calories, or any other plan good luck on your journey and keep going strong!
