one of those days again. I just can not get myself going. got my work done and I have to pack some fish this afternoon, but I am so sleepy and not motivated to exercise at all.

I have been eating all morning. granted I have been up since 2;30am. thank you time change. I am already over my calories for the day.

Been freaked a bit over some massive hair loss. I have been noticing losing hair the past few weeks. this weekend when I combed out my hair I had massive amounts come out.

Been thinking about it for the past two days trying to figure it out. I noticed a couple months ago that I had a ton of my hair turn grey. I did not think much about it, normally would not notice it but it was time to decide if I needed my roots done. yes I get my hair done. I had to search closely as most of it was lite colored.

Well I am guessing something from 3 months ago stressed my system badly and that turned my hair grey. Now all that grey hair is falling out.

Yes definitely freaked! so much for all my bloodwork from that time coming up perfect. Even did vitamin/mineral checks. this allergy flare up hit around that time too.

So while I don't talk about it much, my really crazy workouts burning pretty much a good portion of my intake must have stressed my old body out and even though I am eating plenty the damage was already set. I guess I just have to grin and bare it. this is why I don't want to fast, I already knew I overdid it back then. I don't need any more stress to my system.

drinking coffee which I shouldn't ready to go on a binge, but sticking to just filling my belly with my WOE food. I think the stress is making me need to eat.

I am not going to worry about the calories today. If my body wants to eat that is just the way it will be. but at least now I am finally feeling full. at least until dinner time. LOL!

Sorry about the hair loss - mental and physical stress can definitely cause that so hopefully if you take good care of yourself the loss will slow down - hope you feel better as well - hard to function with that time change - it really screws up that old body clock and can sometimes aggravate some health issues - hang in there!

Yes, it is wise to listen to your body. Sorry to hear about the stress and the hair greying and lose. Best to have a comfort day or 2 if needed. 😊

So your goal weight is 125lbs? Perhaps it is healthier for you to have it higher?

Hair loss is not nice, ever! Maybe be careful about stressing yourself physically or emotionally. Also watch what you are saying inside your head -- are you winding up the stress in there too? When my husband was in a catastrophic car accident 30 years ago he lost a lot of hair but it stopped as he healed. Now he is just thinning normally!

yes the hair thing is driving me batty but I have to take a breath and relax.

Thanks Nikeit , Becc@ and 59Carol, I will relax and take it easy. eating like crazy today I should sleep well. probably be about 350 calories over my maintenance level.

Adef, I am not concerned about my goal weight, as I have talked to you about goal weights, we really have no idea where were will be as we rebuild our muscles. that can add muscle weight to the frame. I also debated changing my goal weight. my only concern for the past 5 weeks is maintaining my rdi maintenance level of calories and cut back on my cardio while continuing my resistance work. I don't need to lose weight I just need to reduce my fat and build those muscles.

Stay strong. The off days are good for your body and metabolism. Maybe try and keep busy to keep your mind off food? I get into a movie or some activity I like. Tomorrow will better 💪🏽

Sorry to hear about the stress and hair loss. Sounds like you’re listening to your body and making some good adjustments already. I’m expectant for a more desirable outcome with the adjustments you mentioned.

Stress definatley was the culprit for me... get yourself caught up on sleep will reduce stress levels.

I lose hair every summer. but the loss typically slows in the winter. Can you take supplements? I use Hair Skin & Nails and I also have one of those red laser caps. Both help me.

Hi I have a similar problem with hair loss I started taking a multi vitamin every morning with breakfast and that worked wonders for energy and hair loss as well

Have your iron levels checked. I was losing hair for years and thought it was stress and I was actually massively deficient. 🙇🏻‍♀️

Yes Kay I definitely went over today but all within my woa so not worried about the extra. I think the stress of worrying over things I had higher needs for the day. and yes Christina stress does add to things. so glad I slept well last night
