Small step in the right direction. Definitely can't skip breakfast, seems to change my self control at dinner time when I do. Self control isn't always portion control for me, instead it's in my overall decision on what to eat.
Last night I let my poor choice change from a healthy dinner to a pure junk dinner :'-(
I knew I should've found something else for breakfast when my yogurt was spoiled. Instead I skipped breakfast, did eat a healthy lunch. Come dinner time I had planned on having the same for dinner that I had for lunch (small homemade taco salad without chips), at the last minute I decided I wanted a hot dog. ugh
128.2 kg Lost so far: 7.0 kg.    Still to go: 64.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
