Results from 30 hour fast...good raining Friday morning....

1..at hour 30 was no hunger at all
2..I lost no weight this morning..in fact my weight is the same..
3..I did try on some smaller pants last night..and they fit..mine is coming off in inches
4..when fasting I’m able to ride like normal..by burning body flab
5..my thoughts on fasting longer then 30 hours are at a stand still for n
I was hoping the scales would show a decline...and since the pants fit last night I have to think my legs are packing on muscle...a good thing...

Plan to zwift again this morning..get the endorphins up and running..havent been watching much tv...been listening to podcasts...and playing games on iPad...not sure that is productive..but kills time...
