Good morning FS neighbors!

Okay guys fairly long. Yesterday some asked what I eat and how did I exercise, so over the next few days I will share how I eat (just for today) and share one of my daily routines each day that I do Mon-Sat.

I take 1 Tblsp of chia seeds, .43 oz almonds, 1 Tsp unsweetened cocoa, ¼ Tsp cinnamon, ½ pkg unsweetened instant oatmeal and blend it into a powder. Then I add 10 grams vanilla flavor protein powder and blend just to mix. I place 1.5 oz Kashi Almond and Flax seed cereal in a bowl with 1.5 oz frozen blueberries, I then add the powdered mix with 5 oz of skim milk. In addition, I eat two jumbo boiled eggs, and drink 3 cups of coffee. I always eat post workout, but split the coffee both pre and post. This sounds like a lot of work, but I boil enough eggs for a week, and I blend enough of my concoction to last a week as well. Then I just use a scale to measure a serving. I take one 600mg fish oil and one GNC MultiMega Men’s Sport vitamin in the morning and a second in the evening.

I keep a bowl for my breakfast in the freezer. In the end it taste like a cold sweet dessert, but it’s actually healthy. The nutritional breakdown is (roughly): Calories 721, protein 49, fat 30, carbs 93, fiber 16.5. I will share more about the rest of my WOE after I post my daily exercises. I see a lot of people who get bored with what they eat, in all honesty I look forward to eating this every day.
