I did it! I stayed on plan for another day. I can't wait to get on the scale tomorrow and see if it goes down. I am taking the advice and weighing more often as a form of motivation. I am also logging everything I eat. We had cake at bowling league tonight and I abstained from eating it. That is a non scale victory for me!
