Since Feb, 2018 I've been on a high carb low fat and lower protein diet. (70 to 80% carbs, 10 to 20% fat and protein)
I've been full vegan since mid Feb, 2018, and severe pain in my hands (not in the joints) is 90% gone.
I've always eaten a huge breakfast, a good lunch, and very little after that.
I have no cravings and don't even think about food.
I'm a bit hungry in the morning since I don't eat much after 3pm most days.
I eat lunch when I need to, not because I'm hungry. A big breakfast lasts a long time.
If I miss lunch I will be hungry and then I used to crave sweets, not anymore since vegan.
My most important food supplements are: Nutritional yeast, Ginger powder and/or juice, Turmeric powder, Apple cider vinegar, dried seaweed or Kelp, Ionic Iodine, Magnesium Powder.
For the last few years My weight was consistent at about 155Lb. and since Feb 2018 I've stabilized at 143Lb. in the morning after the nights fast. (& eat Break-fast)
I've lost fat and muscle since the doctor wanted me to cut back on the excessive protein I'd been eating since 1984, for weight training. He was concerned about blood test results showing signs of kidney damage from processing so much protein. (too much Dairy from cheese and protein bars, protein from fish, chicken and turkey, & rarely, some sausages).
I have no back aches, no digestive pains or issues (it takes beets 19 hours to travel through), no other pain except intermittent headache pain from accumulated damage to cervical spine over the 74 years on the planet. Much worse 6 years ago, but I've learned how to reduce and eliminate the pain through various ways, including Turmeric and ginger, stretching, etc.
I'm healthy and fit (even with a leaking heart valve), and in spite of concerns about human sanity, I'm happy to be alive. :)
