Let it rain...goood Saturday morning...my legs above my knees and below hurt so bad...I almost cancelled my therapy..but put ace bandage on left knee to support it..took half tab of hydrocoden and some ibuprofen...therapist said it was the front coming thru...knees still have inflammation in them...but aren’t hurting at all now...and it’s pouring outside..

Did get a zwift ride in yesterday morning...10.3 Miles..50min...and yes for first mile...left knee hurt so bad..sucks to have daily pain...but learning...it’s part of life now..but it still sucks...going to gnc Monday when I see doctor..he is a cyclist and suggested black cherry extract for inflammation..figured I would give it a try..

Plan to get on zwift later..nothing else to do on rainy day..lol..

Therapy went great yesterday..they took measurements..to send to doctor..I’m hoping after visit...that maybe one last month...I have full range of getting it over head..but just don’t have the muscle build to raise it up that high unless I’m standing facing door with towel in hand to push it up door...hard to explain...

Breakfast is over..need to catch up dishes...make bed..and get day started again...no sun today..
