Zumba this morning, blood draw this afternoon, and women's soccer this evening (season opener for the Portland Pilots). Another great day with not enough sleep.

Beau (my cat) has been waking me up several times a night. When he woke me at 2 am I couldn't get back to sleep for a couple hours, ugh. I was thrilled that I was able to make it to Zumba & do fairly well!

The blood draw was because my doctor was concerned about my too low serum sodium & wanted to recheck it two weeks after I saw her last. I may have to stop one of my medications I take for nerve pain. We'll see.

Going to hot soccer early tonight so we can get free fan t-shirts & then eat dinner at the student's cafeteria that is really nice (and cool) with healthy food choices. I will not be tempted by the kettle corn that smells so great! If I need something sweet I can have fruit or a frozen fruit bar.

Beau is being a little annoying, eh? I get that one - Bodhi is the "Alpha" and seems to believe he is the one who has to lobby us when any one of the three cats needs/wants/demands something! He WILL get our attention through a combination of methods such as yelling, knocking things off counters and tables, pushing the alarm clock on to the floor, orbiting back and forth across our feet while asleep, etc. He is quite effective!

I had kettle corn tonight and found it was only 130 calories for 2 cups--not too bad. Have a great time at the game.... Go Pilots!!
