Thank you universe....Good Friday morn...great nite for sleeping...even slept in till 5am today..kinda different for me...but with it storming outside...figured what the heck..
Watched video on you tube yesterday... called what the health...always learning new things...keeps my mind active so I’m not thinking about ..what if in my life...
Changing up eating habits as well..give body different food for a change...have cut out meat and almost eggs..still have some in fridge..but have cut down on how many per day...body won’t know what to think...never did care for steak...and over last few years had only been eating chicken..with a seldom hamburger...
Therapy today at one pm...then next week go in at ten am..sister is having hip surgery...
Well need to throw a salad together to have before I go to therapy...hoping rain is over for the day or gonna have to wear a rain jacket...radio said we had two inches over nite...know it was coming down hard when I was up once or twice...was just glad house has a new roof...
