Did not even consider eating the bagels at work today. I would usually overeat them. Maybe someday I'll be able to show self-control with things like bagels, but I know I'm not there yet. I did enjoy the yogurt and strawberries. I can be satisfied with a small portion of those, unlike the bagels.
