I'm Back! It was a nice visit (to west coast FL and G'ville), I would have like to stay longer, but it is also good to be home. Just now I have to play catch up at work and also here! I did ride my bike today and also been true to my WOE and ME! I have my meals written on a pad I'll put them in tomorrow. I'm going to try to play a little catch up here now and see what I missed. take care to all!
