Raining....good Tuesday morning from my recliner...almost 7am..just finished breakfast..slept in today..unusual for me..but got a lot accomplished yesterday..

Went to walmart..even though I had a list and items were on list..forgot to get them..one of them days at walmart..came home and meditated before therapy...decided I wasn’t gonna take anything but ibprophen to get thru my therapy..and I took 3 tabs...got nice and relaxed..therapy went great..even told therapist..that I didn’t take anything but ibprophen..she said I was really relaxed during session...then after therapy came home and changed clothes..cut grass...was 95 with heat index of 101. I wasn’t even sweating until I got done and was cleaning off the tractor...then I was sweating like a river..but a busy day..a lot accomplished..

Today’s plan once I get woke up..do a zwift ride..get them endorphins up and going...wish they was up and going already..but I think they are still in sleep mode..like my body...

Mind is awake...body...not so much...

Looking like a day of rain..grass is loving it...for me a day to rest..and get in the zwift mood...

Well mind is outta thoughts...guess it’s time to close this one...

Add on...I have been looking at recumbent bicycle trikes...not sure about one..but thinking as long as the animals didn’t want to hop in an chew me up..not any dealers in my area...right now..just thoughts..would almost be laying down to peddle...

Never heard of a recumbent trike. I did see some adult trikes though. Schwinn, maybe?

Today was spent taking it easy...a lot of sleeping and being lazy...guess my body needed the rest

Thanks ...in a doctors world...the Walmart shopping can wait...the grass will stop growing...everything that normally needs to get done thru the week...just will have to wait...real world..yes someone else can do it...but not the way you like it done...sorry all doctors...just way I see it..
