Another night of 10/10 pain. It’s 6pm and I’m just now getting to PT. I’ve not recorded any data, but motivated by ESPN 30 for 30 episode about the remarkable story of Victoria Arlen , her persistence to excel at sports. Her family. The healing power within each of us and the power of Love.
