Does anybody do Diet Bet?

I just signed up to a group that I found Instagram. I tried on earlier in the year and a flopped miserably. I didn't take it seriously. I was still in the mentality if I had a cheat moment it had to be a cheat day, which turned into a cheat week... You get the idea.
But now that I feel not only am I back on the wagon... but that I've found a different mode of transportation entirely.
Keto has continued to be helpful even through this plateau.
I haven't recorded a weight because I don't really feel the need to. the last time I weighted in I was 299... bounced up to 301 (bout died) and when I weighed in this week... right back down to 299. And apparently this is "normal" for keto. Yay.
One thing I have had nagging me is the fact I need to exercise more. Which I think would not only do my body good but help boost me out of this back and forth stage.

Hence, DietBet.

If any of you have tried it?... I'm all ears as to what your experience was or is if you are currently.

As far as a workout plan I am looking more to work out at home. I have so much over the years of sweat-it-throw-it-kick-it-pace-it-streach-it stuff I think I can land on something that works and keep some variety to not get overwhelmed or bored.
I'm going to start feet first and use my Bodyboss (HIIT) work out book.
I think this for a couple of reasons.
The book is a spiral and will lay flat where ever I set it. And it's a book so I can take it anywhere with me.
If I get a wild hair and want to work out at the park I can or I can choose the comfort of my own living room.
Now that I actually feel like doing something with my life I think I can put some extra effort into my daily routine and make a 20-30 minutes work out happen.

Also, if anyone has used BodyBoss let me know what you thought. I would love to hear it.

I did it a few times years ago. The last time I did it the pot was large so they automatically took $20 dollars from me as their fee which left me with a $10 dollar win and it cost me $5 to enter. Felt robbed!!! Never did it again.
