Sunday! Focusing on meal planning for the week, and going to stick to what's in the fridge now. Full of leafy veggies, some cauliflower mash and cauliflower rice. Making bean burgers, tofu meatballs, and packaging up as many meals as I can to prep and eat well. With all the add-ins, my 7-day shopping is stretching to 10 days if I do it right. Gonna write in the sausages, cheeses, and half&half as necessary but since I logged the shopping total, some days will look really low-cal. Mr. Farmer is out of town for two weeks, starting tomorrow. It's a cliff-hanger as to whether he will get time to see me! I might have to start meditating to get through the waiting. Really ought to get to the gym for strength training, but at the very least I'll get in my 10,000 steps today and tomorrow. Hang in there, all!
