I am exhausted. I just don't seem to sleep if it is light out, and I hate to go to sleep on Sunday night so I can keep the weekend going! And this morning was trash day, so the neighbor was dragging out his container at 5 am. There is not enough coffee to counteract that combo.
My house is coming along - my friend and I ended up clearing out my store room which had someone else's stuff in it - we brought the stuff back to where it belonged and then I could put my stored items in there instead. Very satisfying! Having the bands stay at my house helped motivate me to focus on getting more organization in place, not less as usual, so now paperwork and items are where they should be and not in containers hidden in the closets. So there has been a lot of progress. I might even be able to get rid of the storage box I am paying for because I am getting rid of debris by naming some things as debris and not "might be useful someday" items.
What I have left in the fridge and some ideas: cauliflower rice - maybe make a pizza, because I have sauce and cheese left also. Cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, zucchini, broccoli, and eggs - think I see a crustless quiche in my future! Bluebrerries, avocado, those will be smoothies with maybe some of the unsweetened yogurt that turned out to be too thick to eat.
So: sausage and mushrooms with spinach for lunches. Quiche/eggs/cheese for dinners. Smoothies for breakfast. Oh, and I still have two cans of beans so should make hummus and some bean burgers with beans, corn, and maybe some of the cheese.
Trying to be zen about the Farmer situation - maybe I will see him tonight, maybe I won't, have to just wait and see. Then he is away for two weeks. Breathe!
Doing well with food - prepped some lunches, and have dinners ready for a few days. Need to bump up water intake - that has been a failure on my part for months. I think it helps me with boredom eating to drink water, too.

Happy Monday. You remind me of I have a wardrobe to organize. Will try to go hard on those 'might be useful one day', to enjoy a more fresh new look.
