My house is clean! Clean enough to make me focus on my food intake again. Also found my fitbit charger so have no excuse for avoiding working on my plan again. Back on 10,000 steps a day and also got my shopping list printed which shows 1060 calories a day. Gonna work on doing a "buy for the week, measured, and then eat just that." Should be a small shopping excursion, and I have compiled recipes so I can use all of my shopping for meals and come away having a plan for all week. See, a sentence with no t! Anyway, I had a nice little plateau month and now downward, ho!
