Okay, folks... The Fourth of July is coming up and it's the biggest backyard BBQ-let's-drink-and-eat-chips day of the year. I know we all have all the willpower in the world, but the reality is that many of us are going to be in situations where there will be tasty delicious food all around us. I plan to bring along a cabbage/ramen salad that I love and fits within my RDI which will be one way to avoid the mayo-drenched creamy potato salad. I'm not objecting to sampling yummy things, but I've worked so darn hard to get this first ten pounds off that I don't want to blow it on "just one day". I'd like to hear some of your strategies for enjoying the day without busting the progress you've made.

You are right! I wasn't thinking! I need a plan. We will be at the park with activities all day. Keto coffee for breakfast because it holds off the cravings. Lunch: tuna salad and a fat bomb for mid afternoon. Lots of iced tea! Supper: what? what? what?
