Taking a break from IF today. I think I will do 4 days on, 3 off next week. It really was not that hard doing a 4 hour feeding window, as long as I kept myself busy. I am going to try and keep my macros in check 75-20-6. I can't find 2 macro counters that agree so I am thinking that is the best ratio to stay near (I am open to any wisdom).

And calories 1200 or less.

It is a friggin HOT one in SWFL.

Good job on ur weight loss. the only thing u r taller than me, my maintenance is around 1900. I never have eaten less than 1500 calories a day. did u know ur body adjust to what u put it through? Now that ur body is eating less than 1200 ur maintenance will be lower than mine even if you r taller than me. Cause when u are done dieting ur maintenance calorie intake will only be a few hundred calories more. So it’s like u will always be on a severe deficit

Hey, saw a post you said your hungry on keto. I was famished. I'm still hungry but not famished if I stick to the time schedule refuse to snack and plan dinner it's good. Just stick to this app for macros, it's good, and free! I've used FS it over 8 years before the app. You'll drive yourself nuts comparing lol. Everyone's metabolic rate is different and we have all probably messed our rate up to a point. In the past I didn't lose unless I kept it at 1300 also. And I wasn't willing to gain 20 to theoretically reset my metabolism first! Talk about depressing. Hormones stress, etc seems to play a big role and it's not easy to measure them. Your so close to your goal. Go for it! Your sweet to take care of the MIL. THAT'S SO HARD. I'VE been there!

Thanks Jenn. I think sometimes I tend to over think and complicate it. We should make it easier on ourselves and enjoy each little win. xo

I don't understand your macro's, I assume the 75 is fat and 20 is the carbs, but did you mean 60 for the protein?? I am rarely hungry on the keto, especially after a 16 hour fast. it sticks with me for days. But I have always been very strict on the carbs, mostly all leafy greens with some brussle spouts and my broccoli. many of the other carb foods spike my hunger pangs. that can make me miserable. today because I have been doing well I am cheating and trying one low carb flour tortilla, my husband loves chicken nachos and I am splurging! so if I have that spike I will know for sure it is going to continue to be a no no for me

20% protein and 6% carbs. Good for you for splurging. We really need to treat ourselves once in a while without guilt. So enjoy the nachos!!
