After Vacation Mode, I am dialing my nutrition down. i have been monitoring my food journal last 4 days. Noticed my calories averaged 1650 (from 1500-1800 cal); Resulting in dropping wgt every 2nd day. Considering i am female, 5'3" sedentary with light exercise regimen; eating 1500-1800 calories and dropping wgt is encouraging. My nutrition mantra: i eat healthy fats, coconut oil, avocado oil, genuine butter, genuine mayo. i eat whole fruits: Mostly strawberries & blueberries. (Seasonal: orange, pineapple, kiwi, mango, watermelon) i eat sugarfree: stevia, reduced ketchup, sugar-free creamer, skinnygirl water-enhancer, schwepp seltzer, : diet pepsi (aspartame-free). ***i eat sugar-free products, so i can eat real sugar in fresh fruits, when i desire it in season.*** ***Also, so that i can eat frozen yogurt & pastry when i desire it on occasion*** Positive talk & Positive mantra helps me. i eat Proteins, Green vegetable, Green Salads, & Starch (for now).
