Yesterday I fasted until 3 and gave myself the 4 hour window for eating. I kept my calories under 1200. Macros were good. I swam an extra 5 laps.
Today I was up at 6:30 to walk the 4 pack. I am not getting on the scale, I feel too good for that crap. I plan to make a case of candles to donate to one of my favorite dog rescues (they are all my favorite).

Awe doggies! Do you hand makes the candles or buy them? I adopt senior dogs 1 at a time. I'm on my 4th in 4 years. Congrats on the extra swim time. I think I'll be adding more exercise. Following on your posts😎 I also had hysterectomy and ovaries out a few years back. Also gained 45 .. Your posts motivate me. Thanks

Hey Jenn!! I hand pour the candles. I was doing all soy until I realized no one gave a crap and they only wanted a strong candle. So now I have a super secret recipe of soy and paraffin. I also do melts and soap. I love it. Good for you adopted seniors!! My oldest is 16, she is a Sheppard Mix that we adopted 14 years ago. The next one is our only male, Bernaise Mountain Dog Mix, 12, next is our Chi Mix, we have no idea how old she is. We have had her 5 years. Next is Little Miss Mina Bean. She is a Maltese Mix and is 3. Dogs make me happy. Happier than people.
I am glad my posts motivate you. Your upbeat spirit is refreshing!!! I am glad they finally gave me a hysterectomy. Good lord years of being sick and doctors would not do a thing because I never had children. I kept explaining I was allergic to them but nobody would listen.

Awesome on the candles! I'd love to do that for my vet! You do have a pack! I would if I could afford it, seniors can be expensive! I was just thinking this morning. I can SLEEP ALL NIGHT without having to pee 4 times, haha! I don't have kids either. I waited till I was 48, now 50 uhh. They took ovaries so the hormone translation was brutal. Now all good thanks to compound estrogen. Looks like we have the same metabolism.v I've been in denial lol, going too high on calories but we are height challenged so 1300 max it really is.

Yup. I am pulling back on the calories. I need to sleep without peeing :/ They left my ovaries. I started having hot flashes about a year ago. 3 months ago I started CBD Oil for my Neuropathy pain and a bonus was no more hot flashes. Seniors are expensive, you are amazing for adopting them. They are so loving. I get the denial thing. I have been in denial for nearly 10 years. I can't stand my photo taken or looking at photos that have been taken. I will have not memories!!! lol
