Went to Zumba Gold today; slower-paced than Saturday's class, but still fun. My knees are sore, so I'm taking it easy for the rest of today. Gotta love healthy leftovers, & the vacuuming can wait until I'm ready.

My partner's in CA until Friday; grandson's having surgery right now. He's 12; they young man that visited not long ago. I've been thinking about him all day. He'll be fine, & enjoy using the amazon kindle gift card I sent him.

I would love to try Zumba. I don't have a gym membership but have been thinking of getting one for the strength training and especially for the classes. Are you at the 24HR Fitness on Sunnyside?
