I ended up fasting for 18 1/2 hours. But not actually by choice lol. I got stuck at work and I barely got to drink water. Now I have a massive headache. Probably from the lack of water and salt

Unless your job causes you to sweat excessively your headache may be caused fro just the opposite—- slight dehydration with a concentration of your sodium levels which in turn can lead to a mild elevation in blood pressure and the resulting headache. Before you start replacing salt, just try hydrating and reassess once you have filled your fluid tank a bit.
