Recovering well from my vacation; back to exercise classes, fixing healthy meals, and losing those extra ounces gained while enjoying the flavors of Victoria (the meals were great; it was the sweets that took me a bit off course). I made fat free refried black bean burritos on jalapeno cilantro tortillas with smoky peach salsa for dinner; partner & I both loved them; ate 2 apiece. Very happy tummy! Water aerobics was a great workout this morning.
