I increased my weight training routine to 35% of max. Thus far the biggest complainers are my ankle that I sprained 7 weeks ago, and a very old tendinitis injury in my left elbow. The tendinitis injury is mystifying since I've been off weights for 6 weeks, with no signs of pain prior, and am only doing 35% on max now. Oh well.
