Good Sunday morning to everyone. So I went off my diet a little by drinking a beer on Friday night. So I probably messed myself up a little, but no worries.. back on tight today. I tried the almond flour pancake recipe this morning and I loved them! I will try the ones with coconut flour next week and see which I like better. Used some sugar free syrup and butter and Yummmmmy!!Doing a chocolate cake recipe today with chocolate icing has 5.7 net carbs per piece. Not bad. I will say I have noticed two other things happening so far. 1st, my feet are shrinking! All of my shoes are sooo big, and I don't mean length, I mean almost like they were swollen. My feet almost slid right thru my sandals the other day. Weird. And second, my fingernails are growing like crazy. I may actually have to cut them. So I will take pic of cake when it is done today and post. Going to the gym in a little. Have a good day everyone.
